Biographie Garrett William
''A report from Cape Cove, Gaspé, states that a section of the Gaspé coast has lately been visited by heavy storms, which have resulted in loss of life, and considerable damage to property. At Ste-Adélaïde-de-Pabos during the last storm three men were drowned trying to get into the Little Pabos river. The unfortunate men were William Garrett, Hubert Dupuis and a young man named Dupuis. Eight boats were wrecked during the storm.
